The Notebook feature may store names, page numbers, and related information. When speech-to-text is used, audio may be processed by the speech-recognition service provided by the operating system or browser, and the resulting text is used by the application.

6. Local Storage

The application uses local storage technologies such as Local Storage and IndexedDB to maintain account state, keep local copies of certain data, improve performance, and make some information available when connectivity is weak or unavailable. Local information may remain until it is deleted or application data is cleared.
